Our Empowering Leaders Program is focused on coming alongside local community leaders, local pastors, and church leaders in rural communities.
We envision a world with healthy, thriving, passionate, and fruitful leaders in every aspect of society, making a difference in their homes, communities, and nations. Through our empowering leader’s program, we aim to see these qualities take place in one leader at a time, and one community at a time.

Leaders Training:
Within our training seminars and hands-on training, we aim to help leaders grow and thrive in making a difference in their homes, communities, and nations by providing the tools and resources to become healthier leaders in their communities.
700+ Local leaders and pastors, we have trained in 2017-2022!
Church Partnerships:
Through church partnerships, we seek to see thriving communities and churches empowering and serving one another through a healthy, thriving, and sustainable model that will last for the next generations.
50 Churches in rural communities we have partnered with in 2017-2022!
Church Planting Movement:
We are a vibrant family of believers, who aim to deeply experience the intimate love and presence of God. As a community of Jesus lovers we partner with Jesus to express the love and power of His kingdom in every area of society. By planting local churches led by local pastors, we have the privilege to see the kingdom of heaven advance and express Jesus’ goodness on this earth in the framework of love and family.
We oversee 8 Churches in rural communities in Ethiopia.
Mission School:
Arise Global Mission School is designed to raise up and send local missionaries all across the globe with the love and power of the gospel in the framework of family. Our focus is to raise up local missionaries through biblical teaching, hands-on training in the classroom and on the field, healthy ministry, and living from the presence of God.
30 mission school students from all over Ethiopia are enrolled for 2022 Classes!
